These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Analyst Skills LLC ("we," "us," or "our") through AI Delivery Toolkit at aideliverytoolkit.com. By purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to these terms.
Products
AI Delivery Toolkit sells downloadable digital templates and governance artifacts for AI project delivery. All products are delivered electronically via Gumroad immediately upon purchase.
Products include editable Microsoft Word documents, Excel workbooks, PDF files, and PowerPoint presentations as described on each product page.
License
Each purchase grants you a single-organisation license to use, adapt, and deploy the templates within your own projects and consulting engagements.
Under this license you may:
- Use the templates on your own projects and for your consulting clients
- Adapt and customise the content for your specific project context
- Share adapted versions internally within your organisation or with your client
Under this license you may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original or minimally adapted templates as a standalone product
- Publish the templates publicly or make them available for download by third parties
- Use the templates to create a competing template or governance product
Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we handle each situation with discretion.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, received the wrong product, or believe there is a significant discrepancy between the product description and the files delivered, contact us within 14 days of purchase at aideliverytoolkit@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it.
Intellectual Property
All templates, frameworks, structured content, and methodology described in our products remain the intellectual property of Analyst Skills LLC. The single-organisation license grants you the right to use and adapt the materials — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" for informational and operational purposes. They are not legal, financial, regulatory, or compliance advice. We make no warranty that the templates will satisfy any specific regulatory requirement or produce any particular outcome on your project.
Results will vary depending on the nature of your project, your team's implementation, and factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Analyst Skills LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date above will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
